Youth Feedback Survey

It is a short, 2-minute form to help us determine what would be the best way to serve our community. Those who complete the form are entered in a giveaway and have the chance to win an iPad or Laptop!

 

The goal of this survey is to inform the Youth Commission about issues in different communities around Dallas. We wanted to get feedback from teens about things they think are affecting them directly, as well as grow a closer connection with youth around the city.
