Youth Survey

It is a short, 15-minute form to help us determine what would be the best way to serve our community.

The goal of this survey is to inform the Youth Commission about what issues teens are most interested in. We wanted to get feedback from teens about things they think are affecting them directly, as well as grow a closer connection with youth around the city.
